TDS (E&W) Ltd was founded by Neil Taylor and commenced introducing dental indemnity to dentists in England and Wales in 2016 having already had vast success in Scotland with its sister company Taylor Defence Services Ltd.

The main purpose of TDS (E&W) Ltd is to help defend dental colleagues. TDS (E&W) Ltd is not a mutual organisation or a discretionary service provider. You will not be referred to memorandum and articles of association. TDS (E&W) Ltd believe that a legally binding contract between dentist and insurer sets out clear responsibilities and obligations that each party owes to the other. This is also the government preferred option as stated here.

TDS (E&W) Ltd offers contracted services which are delivered by employed dental and claims advisers. TDS (E&W) Ltd employs a large team of qualified dentists. Neil Taylor has years of experience within the field of dental negligence. All advisers are fully trained by Neil Taylor.

TDS (E&W) Ltd considers that engaging with trained negotiators and defenders is the way forward, affording you peace of mind that you’re being looked after by experienced and knowledgeable advisers.

It is our goal to educate the whole Profession why it is important to have past, present and future cover. It is understood that you as an individual practitioner value your personal assets and your registration with the GDC. TDS (E&W) Ltd equally understands and values your registration.

TDS (E&W) Ltd introduces policies of insurance for general dental practitioners, dental care professionals, and corporate entities so that you are appropriately indemnified whether you are part of a business or need individual cover.
